38TH ANNUAL DR. ARTHUR LOCKHART'S
SAY NO TO DRUGS & VIOLENCE PARADE
COLLEGE & COMMUNITY RESOURCE FAIR
SATURDAY, JULY 25, 2026

ABOUT THE EVENT
For nearly four decades, the Dr. Arthur Lockhart “Say No to Drugs & Violence” Parade has united community members, educators, healthcare partners, veterans, youth groups, businesses, and civic leaders to promote healthy lifestyles and create safer neighborhoods.
More than a parade, this annual celebration empowers youth to stay in school, practice non‑violent conflict resolution, and make positive life choices. Families receive school supplies, access scholarships, and connect with community resources that support education, wellness, and stability.
The event features marching bands, drill teams, vendors, free food, entertainment, and a community talent showcase — creating a vibrant space where residents can celebrate unity and address key community needs, including health and wellness services.

The event offers something for everyone through engaging activities, educational resources, and family-friendly entertainment.
